TATTOO CARE

Caring for a new tattoo is quite simple, almost too simple at times that it may seem like you don't need to do it. But, if you don't care for it you will be disappointed in the way your Tattoo heals.
After the Tattoo is finished a bandage will be applied. In about an hour you should remove the bandage and gently wash the Tattoo with soap and water. Use a soft cloth and dry, then apply and antibiotic ointment sparingly to the tattoo 3 to 4 times a day for 12 to 14 days. Never use an opened ointment or borrow some one else's. If you run out go buy some more.

DON'T PICK AT IT!

Do not soak or tan with the new Tattoo until it is fully healed. Also don't wear tight or restrictive clothes over the new tattoo either. If you will be out in the sun or tanning after the Tattoo has healed please remember to put a good sun block on to protect your Tattoo's from the sun as they will prematurely fade if you don't.

BODY PIERCING

Now that you have your new piercing you need to care for it correctly. You will need to purchase some BACTINE to clean your piercing with. You will need to use the BACTINE three times a day for the first three weeks, then two times a day for the next two weeks, then as needed till your piercing is healed. If you get an infection you should use some salt water or saline solution to clean and irrigate the piercing once a day for five days, as well as continue the use of the Bactine. If the infection continues you should consult your doctor.

DO NOT use Alcohol, Bedadine, Hydrogen Peroxide, or any Antibiotic Ointment on you new piercing.
DO NOT tan or soak (no swimming, hot tubs, Jacuzzi’s, or bath tubs) for at least three weeks.
DO NOT play with your new piercing. The only time that you should touch your new piercing is during the cleaning process, and you should wash your hands before you touch the piercing.
DO NOT let your new piercing come in contact with any body fluids, either yours or some one else’s.

GENERAL ORAL PIERCING CARE

For all new oral piercing we recommend the use of LISTERINE oral mouthwash for two months. You should rinse after every time you eat, drink, or smoke. Just a cap full is fine. Also you should not eat or drink any dairy products for the first three weeks, to avoid a culture infection. NO kissing or oral sex for the first three weeks either.

We also recommend the use of GLYOXIDE to promote a well healed piercing. The GLYOXIDE should be used according to the directions on the packaging.
Slurpies or ice will help keep the swelling to a minimum. If for some reason you should get an infection salt water or saline solution should be applied to the piercing once a day for five days, as well as the continued use of the LISTERINE and GLYOXIDE. If the infection continues you should consult your doctor.

DO NOT use Alcohol, Bedadine, Hydrogen Peroxide, or any Antibiotic Ointment on you new piercing.
